Turn one repetitive task in your job into an AI workflow.

1. Pick something you do repeatedly every week — preparing for meetings, researching clients, creating reports, answering emails, analyzing documents, etc.

2. Give Claude an example of what a good finished result looks like.

3. Tell Claude:

“Help me turn this task into a repeatable workflow. Break down exactly what information you need, where that information should come from, what steps you should perform, and what the final output should look like. Identify anything that could be automated or scheduled.”

4. Run the workflow once manually and correct anything Claude gets wrong.

5. Once the output is reliable, turn the instructions into a reusable Skill or workflow and connect the tools it needs.

6. If the task happens on a schedule, automate it.

The goal isn't to get better at prompting AI. It's to find something you already know how to do and turn it into a system AI can help run.
