Anthropic launched two programs paying people to work with AI:

1. Claude Corps — $85K/year to learn to use AI well. Early-career (under 2 years' experience), no degree or coding required. Apply by July 17 👉🏾 [Claude Corps link]

2. Anthropic Fellows Program — $3,850/week for 4 months of AI research. For those with technical skills who are already building with AI. First cohort starts October 👉🏾 [Fellows link]

Notice the pattern: the second one wants people already building with AI. That's the new wave — and if you're not building yet, now's the time to start.
